You acknowledge that AI is probabilistic and not error-free; therefore, outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect. The Service is designed to assist, not replace, human decision-making, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before reliance.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Torqi makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, including lead conversion, successful bookings, revenue increases, or operational improvements. Performance is dependent on external factors beyond our control, and any projections provided are for illustrative purposes only.
Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party providers and infrastructure (e.g., telephony, AI models, CRM systems) and client-operated environments. Torqi is not responsible for outages, service disruptions, data loss, or performance issues caused by these external platforms or your own network and device configurations.
