TorQi is a fully managed AI receptionist for independent and BHPH lots — we build it, run it, and tune it around your sales process. Not a DIY bot. Not a franchise-priced enterprise tool.
Pricing scales with your call volume and how complex your routing is. Most independent lots invest $1,500–$4,500/month plus a one-time setup. Your exact quote comes after a short discovery call.
TorQi is a managed service, so pricing reflects what actually drives the work: how many calls we handle, how complex your sales and service routing is, and the build it takes to run it for you.
More buyer calls, more after-hours, more trade-in inquiries — plans scale with real volume. No "unlimited" gimmicks.
Sales vs. service, financing intent, trade-in capture, Spanish, multi-rooftop — the more your front desk handles, the more we build.
We design, script, test, launch, monitor, and tune the whole system around your lot. That managed build is why there's a setup fee.
These are starting points, not a fixed menu — your exact price depends on your call volume and routing, and we confirm it on a short discovery call. Built for independent and BHPH lots, not franchise giants or no-inventory brokers.
Not sure which fits? A 10-minute discovery call sorts it — and gives you an exact quote.
Re-engage your existing leads, no-shows, and past customers — added after your AI receptionist is live and trusted. It's a separate paid add-on, works only with your own existing leads and customers (with opt-out), and is never part of the trial. We turn it on when the time is right, not before.
TorQi backs up your sales team — it doesn't replace them. It captures buyer interest and routes calls; it does not approve financing, quote rates or payments, or guarantee a specific vehicle is available. Those always go to your people.
The setup fee covers the managed build — the work that makes "you don't configure it, we do" true. It scales with complexity: a single lot is simpler to build than a multi-rooftop group with sales/service routing.
Discovery · call-flow design · approved scripts · buyer & trade-in intake · financing-intent routing rules · sales/service routing · voice tuning · testing · launch support · summary & reporting setup · and your first round of tuning after go-live.
Start with a qualified managed trial and your trial deposit is credited toward your setup when you go live. You see it working on real buyer calls before you commit to the full build.
We don't do a generic free-for-all trial, because a managed build is real work and our best results come from lots that are a genuine fit. For qualified dealers, here's how it works:
We build and launch your AI receptionist on a forwarding number — you don't configure anything. We move fast, but no trial goes live until your call flow is approved and test calls pass.
The trial proves missed-call, after-hours, and trade-in capture. It runs with included trial minutes, no complex integrations, no unlimited customization, and no Revenue Recovery — that's a separate paid Phase 2.
The trial is for dealers who fit our ICP. A small deposit reserves your build and is credited toward setup when you convert, and a review call is booked before you go live.
TorQi backs up your team on the calls they can't get to — after-hours buyers, the line ringing while your salespeople are with a customer on the lot. Compared to adding a BDC or front-desk rep:
| A BDC / phone rep (loaded) | ~$3,500–$5,500+/mo |
| Covers nights, weekends, after-hours | No |
| TorQi AI Receptionist | from $1,500/mo |
| Captures buyers 24/7, every day | Yes |
TorQi doesn't sell the car or replace your salespeople — it makes sure the buyer who called at 8pm is captured and routed instead of calling the next lot.
Put in your own numbers. This is a rough estimate, not a guarantee — but it shows the scale of what's walking to another lot when buyer calls go unanswered.
